Exhibiting in the 3D Virtual Gallery

• Is it possible to set up and enter the 3D virtual gallery on a smart phone?

  You can enter the information with simple operations on either a PC or a smartphone. For more information, please see “How to input information without hesitation”.

• How can I exhibit my work in the 3D Virtual Gallery?

  You can register and exhibit your work from an administrative screen called the “Dashboard. For details, please see “How to set up without hesitation”.

• How do I announce an exhibition?

  The auto-issued URL or QR code displayed on the dashboard for “SOLO” or in the gallery for “MULTI” can be shared via SNS.
  For details, see “How to enter without hesitation”.

• Do I need a server or domain?

  No need. Once registered, you can publish your site as is.

• What is the required resolution of the image?

  Please provide an image of approximately 2,000px.

• What is the maximum number of works that can be displayed in the 3D Virtual Gallery?

  Up to 24 pieces can be displayed in one gallery for “SOLO” and up to 60 pieces for “MULTI”. For details, please refer to “Rate Plans”.

• I don’t have an image file of my artwork.

  mages taken with a smartphone can be uploaded and used as is.

• I want to make it public after I have finished registering everything.

  You can set each work as public or private. After registering, please set all works to “Public”. For details, please refer to “How to input without hesitation”.

• What happens if nothing is registered?

  The gallery will appear empty.

• Can I set up a SNS account?

  You can set it up from the Artist Information screen. For details, please see “How to input information without hesitation”.

• Are there any plans to update the gallery?

  We plan to update the maximum number of exhibits, features, and design as needed.

Subscription Agreement

• I’m still asked for payment information for the free trial.

  If you cancel within the trial period, you will not be charged. Please feel free to try our free trial.
  

• How do I cancel my subscription?

  You can cancel your subscription through the “Customer Portal” or “Payments” listed on your dashboard. The first 10 days of registration are free.

• What service do you use for payments?

  We use an online business payment infrastructure called “Stripe”.

• Do I need a server or domain?

  No need. You can publish without signing up for a domain or server.

• What procedures are required to continue my membership?

  No procedure is required as the membership is automatically renewed.

• What happens when the contract ends?

  You will no longer have access to the gallery and dashboard. Data will be deleted after a certain period of time.

• I would like to publish my advertisements for a period of time.

  If you do not use the site for a certain period of time, you can re-subscribe. Please contact us for details.
